  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Foreclosure Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing foreclosure cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with all procedural and legal requirements. Your expertise will help streamline case workflows, support attorneys, and maintain meticulous case documentation. Duties Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreclosure proceedings, including document preparation, filing, and service of process. Manage case files using document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Review and analyze legal documents related to estate planning, UCC law, landlord-tenant law, and other relevant areas to support foreclosure actions. Coordinate with clients, lenders, and court officials through effective communication and professional client interaction. Prepare pleadings, affidavits, notices, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized case records. Qualifications Paralegal experience with a strong background in civil litigation support and foreclosure law (2 years minimum). Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Proficiency in legal case management software including iManage and PCLaw. Knowledge of procedural law related to foreclosure proceedings and general & commercial litigation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with document review and legal drafting skills.
