Job Summary A boutique legal services firm in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a growing real estate practice. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong residential and commercial closing experience who enjoys managing transactions from start to finish. The Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties in a positive, friendly, and collaborative office environment. This role offers stability, variety, and the opportunity to contribute directly to an expanding practice with supportive leadership and a team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from opening through post-closing. Order, review, and help clear title commitments, municipal lien searches, surveys, estoppels, and other due diligence items. Prepare closing statements, settlement documents, contracts, loan documents, and other transaction-related legal documents. Coordinate closings, buyer and seller signings, disbursements, document follow-up, and file completion. Assist with business and entity formation, including Florida filings, bylaws, operating agreements, and related documentation. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other parties while managing multiple deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$75,000 per year.
