Responsible for managing wage and bank garnishments for clients in multiple states. This includes verifying employment, conducting skip tracing, making 75-100 calls per day, contacting employers and banks, and processing garnishment documents for attorney review.Essential Duties:
Handle inbound calls from employers and banks regarding garnishments Make 75- 100 outbound calls daily to verify employment and follow up on garnishments Conduct skip tracing and research to locate updated employer information Use Nitro Pro, Collection Master (CLS), and Excel to manage and organize garnishment files Prepare and forward garnishment paperwork to attorneys for review and signature Assist team members with printing, faxing, and generating letters as needed
