Candidate would be responsible for providing legal support to one or more attorneys, preparing legal documents, filing documents with the Court, ordering medical records and bills, preparing medical treatment itemizations, propounding and answering written discovery, resolving medical liens and subrogation interests. Candidate is also responsible for communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, witnesses and the public. A minimum of one year of experience at a litigation firm is a must. Experience at a Plaintiff's personal injury firm would be preferred. Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus. Experience using Smokeball case management software would be helpful. Competitive salary based upon experience and benefits.
