Fisch Naperville, IL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Document review Contracts Associate's degree Paralegal experience Paralegal Certificate Full Job Description The Law Office of Damon Fisch is seeking an experienced residential real estate paralegal to join our team. As a paralegal you will support our legal team in real estate transactions: assisting with preparation and review of documents, managing client communication, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for real estate transactions. Draft deeds, mortgages, and other closing documentation. Assist with purchase and sales contracts for residential, with the possibility of commercial property transactions. Prepare templates and initial drafts of correspondence, addendums, and related legal documents. Obtain information from, and provide information to, attorneys and clients regarding real estate transaction. Analyze title documents, real property legal descriptions, surveys, and other transactional documentation. Coordinate with title companies and law firms regarding title insurance policy issues and satisfaction of closing conditions. Handle all aspects of the closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of prior experience required. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of real estate, contracts, and transactional law. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Any experience with Clio software systems will be given extra consideration.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
