Intake Specialist - Legal Assistant
Job Description
Compensation:
$23 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:
Answer all communications from Possible New Clients, including after hours. Complete new client sign-ups. Create New Client cases in law management software. Gather and store client documents. Work with the case management team. Handle special assignments for case management and litigation paralegals.Qualifications:
At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law. Previous inbound sales call or intake experience. Demonstrated understanding of personal injury law. Must speak fluent Spanish and English. Self-motivated and supremely organized.
