Job Description

Job description: The Rivera Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic legal assistant. This is an entry-level position. Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required. Customer service experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle communications with medical providers, insurance companies, etc. Provide administrative support to the attorney and case manager Answering, screening, and forwarding calls Organizing and maintaining claim files Case/client data entry Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding Preferred skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Works well independently and in a collaborative environment Detail-oriented and organized Multi-tasking and time-management Compensation depends on experience. A bilingual legal assistant is preferred but not required. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
