Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
The ideal candidate:
Has previous experience in a law office. Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Has strong proofreading and written communication skills. Communicates professionally by telephone, email, and in person. Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details. Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Is dependable and punctual. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. Understands the importance of confidentiality. Is comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe and standard office technology. Enjoys being part of a team and helping wherever needed. Experience That Is a Plus Experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or administrative assistant in a law firm is preferred.Experience supporting multiple attorneys is a plus. Experience using legal billing, document-management, or case-management software such as Clio is also helpful. Why Join Mead Law Group?
