[EHS Supervisor] ■ General Responsibilities Establish and manage the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and fire regulations. Develop workplace safety, health, and environmental management plans, including annual training and inspection schedules. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of production equipment, manufacturing processes, and facilities. Investigate workplace hazards, accidents, near misses, fires, chemical leaks, and environmental incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct safety and health training for new employees, supervisors, and other employees. Prepare and maintain safety procedures, emergency response plans, EHS policies, and related documentation. Supervise high-risk activities, including equipment maintenance, electrical work, forklift operations, material handling, and work at heights. Manage chemical inventories, SDS/MSDS, hazard labels, hazardous materials, and related requirements. Coordinate workplace exposure monitoring and employee medical examinations. Manage air emissions, wastewater, pollution-control equipment, industrial waste disposal, and hazardous-material storage. Manage fire protection systems, emergency exits, and evacuation routes. Conduct EHS reviews for new equipment, chemicals, processes, and production-line changes. Support regulatory inspections, customer EHS audits, and

certification audits. ■ Required Qualifications Degree in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment. Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety or Engineer Industrial Safety certification issued in Korea required. Standard working hours:

8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Most positions are classified as exempt and are not eligible for overtime pay. Non-exempt positions, when applicable, will receive overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. Personal transportation is required for commuting.
