Job Description
■ General Responsibilities Operate and support ERP, MES, and QMS applications used in the manufacturing environment. Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, MES, and QMS systems. Support integration between manufacturing equipment and IT systems, including PLCs, barcode scanners, and label printers. Analyze and resolve production-related IT issues to minimize manufacturing downtime. Monitor manufacturing systems and production data to ensure stable operations. Support manufacturing system implementation and process improvement projects. Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network switches. Coordinate with HQ IT teams, system vendors, and equipment suppliers for technical support. ■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and system interfaces. Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries. Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network switches. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MES, or QMS preferred. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred. ■ Benefits / Others Full-time employment. Monday-Friday work schedule.
Standard working hours:
8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay. Personal transportation is required for commuting.Job Type:
