Duties Facilitate pawn transactions by appraising items, offering loans, and managing collateral in accordance with company policies Assist customers with retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling items, and providing detailed product information Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions, cash handling, and cash register operations Conduct product demos to educate customers about merchandise features and benefits Maintain stock levels through stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage cash drawer handling responsibly, ensuring accurate retail math calculations and balanced cash registers at shift end Qualifications Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and inventory management practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a lively environment where your energy fuels success!
