The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trucking safety, fleet management, DOT compliance, and driver management , along with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Manage and maintain company safety and DOT compliance programs Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and state regulations Manage and maintain company fleet records and vehicle documentation Coordinate truck inspections, registrations, permits, and other required compliance documents Conduct regular driver safety orientations and communicate company safety policies Maintain accurate and organized safety, compliance, and fleet records Follow up on violations, roadside inspections, and corrective actions Monitor and maintain driver qualification and compliance documentation Work closely with drivers, dispatch, operations, and management to maintain a safe and compliant fleet Requirements Previous experience in trucking safety and/or fleet management Strong knowledge of
FMCSA/DOT
regulations Experience working with driver qualification files and compliance documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and safety/compliance software Trucking industry experience is strongly preferred English required; Russian and/or Spanish is a plus What We Offer Full-time, in-office position Monday-Friday schedule W-2 or 1099 employment options Paid holidays Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow with a growing trucking company Professional and supportive work environment
