Naperville, IL 60540. About the Role American Turbo LLC is seeking an experienced Safety professional to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet compliant, our drivers safe, and our operation running clean. Responsibilities Ensure full DOT and FMCSA compliance across the fleet. Monitor driver logs, Hours of Service (HOS), and ELD systems. Manage CSA scores, inspections, and audits. Handle accident reporting, investigations, and claims. Conduct driver safety training and new-hire orientation. Requirements Minimum 3 years of trucking safety experience. Strong working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with drivers and staff. Preferred Qualifications Fluent in more than one language, helpful for communicating with a diverse driver base. Experience handling CSA score improvement or audit preparation. Prior experience leading safety training or orientation programs. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., CDS, CSP, or similar) a plus.
