About this Role About the Opportunity Flare Construction is hiring an HSE Manager to lead the health, safety, and environmental program across our Civil and Gas division field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced safety professional who is equally comfortable in the office building policy as in the field reinforcing culture, working side by side with Operations to make safety a shared priority rather than an outside directive. You will manage a team of safety professionals, own regulatory compliance and incident investigations across OSHA, DOT, and PHMSA programs, and report directly to the Director of Fleet and Safety for support and budget approval.
