Job Description As a Security Officer Security Patrol Driver Gated Community in Laguna Niguel, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Security Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, document activity, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident documentation. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed. Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, visitors, and law enforcement while supporting a welcoming residential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
