On-duty lunch provided Position Summary Code 4 Private Security is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers to provide security services at an active construction site in Rosemead. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting routine patrols, monitoring the property, documenting activity, and responding appropriately to security concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property. Monitor the site for unauthorized individuals and suspicious activity. Inspect doors, gates, fencing, and other access points to ensure they remain secure. Observe and report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports. Notify dispatch and site management of any security-related incidents. Provide a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing. Follow all company policies and site-specific procedures. Minimum Qualifications Valid California Guard Card. Reliable transportation. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to write clear and accurate reports. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be punctual, dependable, and professional. Preferred Qualifications Previous construction site or security experience preferred. Experience conducting patrols and completing incident reports. Customer service experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Walk and stand for extended periods. Work in various weather conditions.
