Commercial office buildings Apartment communities Construction sites Retail centers Industrial facilities Distribution centers Corporate campuses Special client properties Responsibilities Conduct scheduled interior and exterior foot patrols. Complete QR code patrol checkpoints throughout assigned properties. Submit Daily Activity Reports (DARs), hourly reports, and incident reports using companyissued mobile reporting software. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and common areas to help deter criminal activity. Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance. Maintain a professional, courteous presence while providing exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, emergency responders, and client representatives. Complete detailed written reports with photographs when necessary. Perform thorough shift passdowns to relieving officers. Clock in and out using the company mobile timekeeping application. Follow all sitespecific post orders, company policies, and client expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Smartphone capable of running company mobile applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
