Conduct regular patrols of the premises using physical security checks to deter unauthorized access and prevent theft or vandalism Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Armed Security Officers to join our dynamic security team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment s by implementing comprehensive security measures, conducting patrols, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement, surveillance, and emergency response will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong security background who thrive in active, fast-paced environments and are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. Responsibilities Manage entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to emergencies by following established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security breaches Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy for future review Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary to secure or move equipment or materials safely Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident responses while ensuring compliance with all security regulations Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff and students courteously while maintaining a vigilant security presence Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on physical security and surveillance techniques Valid certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, firearm handling, and conflict de-escalation methods Strong knowledge in incident report writing Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties including standing for extended periods and heavy lifting when required Knowledge of emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and emergency evacuation plans Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
