AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail grocery location. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders. Monitor access points and deliveries, maintain awareness of activity around the location, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents, observations, patrols, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
