What You'll Do Lead by Example Deliver consistent, high-quality prep and painting work on every project. Manage Crews & Job Sites Oversee a team of painters while keeping projects on schedule and up to Kennedy Painting standards. Ensure Quality & Cleanliness Maintain clean job sites, protect customer property, and conduct thorough final walkthroughs. Train & Develop Your Team Provide field coaching and support to improve efficiency and craftsmanship. Communicate with Clients Set expectations, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience. Stay Organized Order materials, manage job supplies, and coordinate job transitions. Collaborate with Leadership Communicate with office staff and participate in operations meetings when needed.
