Leasing Consultant

Job Summary Our growing property management company is looking for a motivated, dependable, and growth-minded individual to join our team long-term. This position combines office management, customer service, marketing, and leasing support responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations Maintain company calendar and scheduling Provide exceptional customer service Assist with leasing and property management duties Create and manage social media content and ads Design marketing materials using Canva and other methods Coordinate and assist with small events Help maintain organization and office systems Problem solve and assist with daily operations

Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred Experience with Appfolio preferred Fair Housing Certificate required Real estate experience preferred but not required Active real estate license is a plus but not required Strong communication skills Professional appearance and conduct Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and proactive Ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Respectful, dependable, and willing to learn
