Job Duties:

Updates data records to ensure complete and accurate visibility of instrument delivery and installation data. Collaborate with Capital Asset Stewards to ensure accurate instrument tagging. Coordinate the removal and transfer of assets to and from client sites. Maintain training and compliance in health, safety, security, environmental, and operational procedures. Support daily logistics and asset tracking activities within laboratory environments. Ensure accuracy and integrity of asset lifecycle documentation.

Job Requirements:

Associate's degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a lab logistics operations Must have recent experience with SAP Project management experience Knowledge of laboratory instruments Strong data analytics and reporting skills Strong data entry and documentation skills Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in fast-paced regulated environments

Schedule:

5x8 Monday - Friday HC01

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
