We are a full-service low voltage integration company based in Arroyo Grande, CA, delivering commercial AV and structured cabling solutions across the Central Coast and beyond. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join our team on commercial projects. The ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial job site experience and is ready to hit the ground running. Job Duties Pull, route, terminate, and dress low voltage cabling including CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic in new construction and finished commercial spaces Install AV equipment, equipment racks, and associated hardware Perform fire stopping, cable labeling, and organization to industry standards Test, troubleshoot, and verify installed systems meet customer and contractual requirements Accurately read and interpret wiring schematics and system drawings Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, installation cart, and job site Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience on a commercial job site (low voltage preferred) Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Proficiency with hand and power tools including cable cutters, strippers, crimpers, punch-down tools, toners, drills, impact drivers, and saws Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and safety harnesses Comfortable working in confined or unusual spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and above ceilings Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Availability for overtime, occasional weekends, and travel as needed Nice to Have Familiarity with network equipment and terminology Experience with AV system installation BICSI, AVIXA, or other low voltage certifications Benefits Health insurance with employer contributions Paid time off Holiday pay Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Schedule Full-time | 10-hour shifts Monday
