Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (No Weekends)

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Body Technician (Level C) with at least 2 years of collision repair experience. In this role, you will manage projects from teardown to final touch-ups, ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Disassembly & Inspection :

Remove damaged components, trim, bumpers, headlights, and interior parts to prepare vehicles for structural evaluation and repair.

Surface Preparation :

Sand, mask, fill, and clean panels/parts to prepare surfaces for painting.

Parts & Inventory Management :

Tag, sort, and organize hardware and removed components to maintain a seamless repair workflow.

Basic Reassembly:

Reinstall non-structural trim, door handles, and exterior/interior components post-paint and repair.

Quality Control:

Perform thorough checks on completed work to ensure all repairs meet company and safety standards before delivery.

Shop Maintenance & Safety:

Maintain a clean, safe workspace, care for shop tools, and adhere to all hazardous waste and safety protocols.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate clearly with the shop supervisor regarding parts status and workflow, and participate in shop-sponsored collision repair training.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on collision repair experience.

Tools :

Must own or actively be building a personal set of professional auto body tools.

Licensing :

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, perform frequent bending, reaching, and stooping, and possess strong visual acuity and hand-eye coordination.
