JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an exerienced and reliable Auto Body Technician Level A with at least 10 years experience of collision repair experience. In this role, you will handle projects from start to finish with precision and care, performing high-quality repairs in accordance with factory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform vehicle collision and body repair work accurately, efficiently, and to factory standards. Complete all general body work, including welding and body alignment procedures. Perform frame and unibody structural repairs. Maintain high standards of workmanship and conduct thorough quality checks before delivery. Communicate effectively with the shop supervisor to source and obtain required parts promptly. Participate in shop-sponsored collision and repair training classes and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

10 years of hands-on collision repair experience required.

Tools:

Must own your own set of auto body tools.

Mechanical Skills:

Auto mechanical experience is a major plus!

License:

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and stooping; normal vision with excellent hand-eye coordination.

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Work Location:

In Person (Carlisle, MA)

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM (No weekend shifts required)
