Your expertise will help customers enjoy warm, safe, and efficient fireplaces while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Troubleshoor, repair, and maintain a wide range of fireplaces including gas, and pellet systems Operate company vehicles safely to reach customer locations and deliver prompt service. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each job. Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on repair and maintenance. Experience working with kitchen equipment maintenance or construction-related projects is a plus.
