is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team servicing the City of Santa Fe Springs transit and public works fleet.

Position Details Location:

Santa Fe Springs, California Pay:

$30.00 per hour Full-Time Position Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections. Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel engines. Repair and maintain brake systems, suspension, steering, electrical systems, HVAC, and other vehicle components. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Ensure vehicles meet all safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a gasoline and diesel mechanic. Experience working on medium-duty or commercial vehicles is preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ASE Certifications are preferred , but not required. Valid California driver's license required. CDL is a plus , but not required.
