•$28.00 per hour (DOE) Position Summary The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and conventional milling and turning machines to manufacture precision aerospace components. This position requires the ability to perform complex machine setups, interpret blueprints, inspect finished parts, and maintain quality standards while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Set up and operate 3

•and 4-axis CNC Mazak Mill or Awea (Vertical Mill) using Mazatrol Controls. Perform machine inspections before operation. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings. Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and chuck changes. Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, and hoists as needed. Adjust machine speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and cutting parameters. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain part quality. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify specifications. Record production time and job information accurately. Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete required production and quality documentation. Follow all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned. ITAR Requirements:

US Citizen or US Person High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of CNC set-up and machining experience Experience setting up and operating CNC mills independently. Conventional machining experience is preferred. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience with 2-axis through 5-axis CNC machines. Basic CNC program editing and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of machining speeds, feeds, tooling, and offsets. Proficient with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus. Trade school certificate in CNC Machining or equivalent experience preferred. Forklift, Crane Operator or GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) Certification a plus Preferred Equipment Experience Mazak CNC Mills (3

•and 4-axis) and Awea Vertical Mill (4 axis) Mazatrol Controls Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Frequently walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements. Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection. Work safely around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment Precision aerospace machine shop. Well-lit workstations with anti-fatigue mats. Exposure to machine noise, moving equipment, airborne particles, heat, and industrial chemicals.
