Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil Change Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services to our valued customers. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars, ensuring proper procedures are followed for optimal engine performance. Perform automotive fluid replacements such as coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and other essential liquids. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform minor mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance tasks accurately. Assist with tire services including rotation, balancing, and replacement to promote safe driving conditions. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify issues that may require further repair or inspection. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service technician experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for automotive repairs. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle operation. Experience in automotive fluid replacement, oil change procedures, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire service or mechanical repairs. Knowledge of alignment procedures, minor mechanical repairs, and general automotive repair processes is a plus.
