We're looking for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills, proven sales records, and a commitment to delivering an excellent service experience. Responsibilities Greet customers, listen to their concerns, verify customer and vehicle information, and prepare clear, detailed repair orders. Review vehicle service history and explain recommended maintenance and repair needs. Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins. Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and expected completion times. Review completed repairs and final invoices with customers, answer questions, and explain future maintenance needs. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and support an organized, efficient service process. Qualifications At least two years of automotive Service Advisor experience . Proven track record of strong sales performance and consistently high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. A team-oriented, flexible approach and a strong commitment to customer service. Proficiency with computers and accurate typing skills. Valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
