AutoShop Recruiting is conducting a search for an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of a growing independent repair facility in Northern Idaho. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pickup Building trust and long-term relationships with customers Coordinating communication between customers and technicians Presenting repair recommendations clearly and professionally Maintaining accurate estimates, work orders, and customer records Managing workflow and helping keep operations moving efficiently Following up with customers and creating exceptional service experiences Contributing to a positive, professional team environment Who Thrives In This Role The best candidates are often highly motivated individuals who enjoy serving people, solving problems, and performing in fast-paced environments.
