We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our service team at the New Anderson Kia on Perryville. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have some background in automotive service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services including rotation, balancing, and alignment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Qualifications Some previous experience in automotive is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and tire services. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required.
