Maplewood, MO Big Bend Automotive is looking to add an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to our team in Maplewood, MO. We are looking for a skilled technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles independently and has the certifications and experience to get the job done right.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical issues Perform engine repairs and engine performance diagnostics Diagnose and repair brake systems Diagnose and repair suspension and steering systems Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems Accurately identify vehicle problems and determine appropriate repairs Complete repairs efficiently and correctly Work independently with minimal supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide quality workmanship on every vehicle

Qualifications:

ASE Certified in all 5 of the following areas: Suspension & Steering Engine Repair Engine Performance Brakes Electrical/Electrical Systems Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience Ability to work independently Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Reliable and dependable Candidates within approximately 20 miles / 45 minutes of Maplewood preferred

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
