Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Perform complex repairs on powertrain components, including transmissions, and automotive suspension systems. Execute precise brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, and repair work. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical systems repair and electrical issues effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. Skills Extensive dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and mechanical systems repair. Skilled in automotive electrical systems, engine repair, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with auto estimating processes is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working with hand tools, and power tools.
