A management team that supports your success Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities Diagnose automotive problems as they arise Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and brake inspections Use diagnostic tools and factory software to identify and resolve system faults Perform repairs according to Hyundai and manufacturer guidelines Ensure quality workmanship and conduct test drives to confirm successful repair Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and time estimates Collaborate with team members to ensure the service department runs efficiently Mentor and support entry-level and apprentice technicians
