Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs to facilitate efficient service. Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services, utilizing estimating software to generate accurate cost estimates. Upsell additional services and products by identifying customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs. Manage service writing tasks by preparing detailed work orders, updating repair statuses, and ensuring all documentation is precise and complete. Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle status updates, repair progress, and billing details while maintaining excellent client relationships. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire service experience. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role within a dealership environment. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to customers and collaborate effectively with service technicians. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity; previous sales experience is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of automotive repair processes including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts replacement, transmissions, and general vehicle maintenance. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
