PURPOSE:

The Experienced DBS is responsible for the intricate wash/vacuum/interior clean for customers/sales/ service departments. Their main objective is to ready trades/purchased used vehicles for the front line. The taskings received by the DBS are normally lengthy in time and require special attention to detail. All accomplished jobs/details will be thoroughly quality checked prior to and during the merchandising phase. This is a fast paced position/job and you must have the capability to multitask and adjust accordingly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Detail/paint correct all used vehicle trades/purchases and ready for the frontline
• Prep and apply vehicles with ceramic and other professional grade paint protectants
• Remove tint from vehicle trades and prepare for Maryland inspections when needed
• Perform outbound/inbound vehicle inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Other general requirements needed to fulfill department/section objectives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction.
• Willing to participate in skills and product training.
• Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two (2) years experience in advanced detailing/paint correction
• Must be able/efficient with buffing/polishing
• Must be able to multitask, pay attention to detail with little or no supervision
• Willing to engage in ongoing training (Windshield Repair, Detailing/Pain Correction)
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work 40 hours per week including some weekend and evening shifts
