Responsibilities of a Grease Trap Technician

• Driving a mini pumper truck (non CDL) to various restaurants to service commercial grease traps
• Periodically emptying pumper truck
• Completing invoices and other paperwork
• Using paperless technology; tablet based software.
• Seek opportunities to sell additional company services.
• When necessary, collect payments from customers at time of service. Qualifications of the Grease Trap Technician
• Candidates MUST be computer literate
• Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing (not suspended).
• Candidates MUST have prior experience operating a commercial vehicle.
• Candidates MUST have early morning availability.
• Candidates MUST be familiar with the Philadelphia area.
• Candidates MUST submit to a pre-employment drug screen and driver history review.
