Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, electrical wiring, and other critical components. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems. Repair or replace vehicle components including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), vehicle transmission systems, and diesel engines as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Complete auto estimating procedures to determine scope of work and ensure accurate billing for services performed. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Knowledge of schematics, automotive wiring diagrams, and electrical systems interpretation. Hands-on experience with ADAS technology, vehicle alignment procedures, and suspension system repair. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance protocols. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus; experience with diesel engine repair is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow detailed repair procedures accurately.
