Fleet Manager / Shop Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support fleet operations by installing and maintaining GPS tracking systems and vehicle camera equipment. When not performing installations, this role will assist the mechanic shop with general maintenance tasks to help ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain GPS tracking devices and vehicle camera systems in fleet vehicles Perform basic wiring, mounting, and equipment setup for telematics systems Test and verify proper functionality of installed devices Diagnose and resolve minor issues with GPS or camera systems Assist mechanics with general vehicle maintenance and shop tasks when installations are not scheduled Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 12 mo. experience in automotive, electrical, or installation work preferred Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid drivers license with a clean/good driving record Willingness to work both in the shop and in vehicles Strong attention to detail and reliability
