Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer and dealership vehicles Complete work accurately, efficiently, and safely Perform thorough multipoint inspections Document findings, recommendations, and completed repairs Use digital inspection and service-lane technology Communicate clearly with advisors, parts personnel, and leadership Follow established repair and quality-control processes Maintain an organized and professional work area Help protect the Beck & Beck reputation through quality workmanship Support teammates and contribute to a positive shop culture What We Are Looking For Dependable and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and personal accountability Coachable, team-focused attitude Organized and process-oriented work habits Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work on multiple makes and models Valid driver's license Tools appropriate for your experience level and assigned position General Motors experience is preferred but not required. Xtime experience is preferred but not required. ASE and manufacturer certifications are valued but are not required for every position.
