Job description:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting in preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, PLC Programs, robotics, production machines, material handling equipment, AC/DC drives, lighting systems, blending/mixing systems, etc. SCHÜTZ
CONTAINER SYSTEMS
builds proprietary equipment which uses state of the art technology. This continual development and advancement allows our technicians to become leaders in the industry. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Removes and installs electric, hydraulic and pneumatic machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment Troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to determine causes of machine failure and recommends solutions for repair New machine/equipment install and setup Maintains the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance equipment, tools, and work areas Use work orders and maintenance plans to document repairs Other duties may be assigned as needed Requirements/Skills High school diploma / equivalent Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
