Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, skilled, reliable, and polished Maintenance Technician to join our leading luxury hospitality group, specializing in the management of high-end vacation rental properties. This is a hands-on role for a true jack of all trades who understands the inner workings of a home and can keep our luxury properties in pristine condition for our valued guests. With a portfolio of beautifully designed homes and an emphasis on exceptional guest experiences, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards in service, design, and property care. This individual will act as the go-to field operator , ensuring all properties meet our standards and guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
Handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeepRoutine Inspections:
Identify issues proactively and flag risksWork Orders:
Respond quickly and prioritize based on urgencyVendor Coordination:
Manage and oversee external contractors when neededRecord Keeping:
Track work through our maintenance systems (CMMS)Fabrication:
Modify or create parts when requiredSafety:
Maintain compliance and safe work environmentsQualifications:
Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of home systems Tech-savvy, solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Comfortable with modern tools, apps, and smart devices Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Ability to manage vendors and projects in the field Working knowledge of electrical systems Comfortable using tools and equipment for fabrication/modifications Polished, professional demeanor- must be comfortable working around VIP guests Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Field-based (must travel between properties) Must have a valid drivers license Schedule
