The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work, responds professionally to residents, and can work independently while also being a strong team player.
Fulltime:
Wednesday
  • Sunday What You'll Do
  • Respond to tenant work orders and complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Handle general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs
  • Turn units between tenants to get them rent-ready
  • Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal upkeep
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
  • Diagnose and repair appliances (when applicable)
  • Respond to scheduled after-hours emergencies What We're Looking For
  • Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
  • Reliable, tenant-friendly communication style Pay Range
