Redding, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays Paid time off Retirement plan Tools provided Paid sick time Qualifications Company vehicle operation Property maintenance Driver's License Appliance repair Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Full-time employment immediately available for a maintenance tech with a local property management firm. Employee hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a rotating on-call program, including a daily incentive. Upon hire, benefits include 8 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days per year and a 90 day probationary review. After the first year of full time employment, we offer 1 week of paid vacation, a tax savings cafeteria plan and employer matched IRA. Company vehicle and tools provided while at work. Job knowledge in appliance repair and HVAC service encouraged with experience in general building maintenance a plus. Driving company vehicles is a requirement of the job, therefore a clean DMV is necessary. Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE. Please submit your resume and references today!
