Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs . Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical equipment issues. Support semiconductor manufacturing and R D equipment. Install and commission new process equipment. Assist with equipment upgrades, hardware improvements, and automation projects. Develop and maintain maintenance and repair procedures. Help establish preventive maintenance procedures and spare-parts requirements. Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers for parts and service. Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with removal and retirement of legacy equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to minimize equipment downtime. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or complex technical systems preferred. Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment problems. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes. Comfortable collaborating with engineers, operators, and external equipment suppliers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Highly Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply: Semiconductor equipment maintenance Wafer fabrication / semiconductor manufacturing Complex manufacturing equipment Electronics or electro-mechanical systems Military electronics training High-vacuum equipment Semiconductor deposition or etching equipment RF equipment or RF sources Equipment installation and commissioning Preventive maintenance program development Spare-parts planning Equipment upgrades and automation Cross-functional engineering/manufacturing environments Education An Associate's Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Equivalent military electronics training or significant hands-on electro-mechanical experience may also be considered. Work Environment This is an onsite night-shift position in a highly technical semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and collaborate with experienced engineering and technical teams.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
