- 3:30 PM Industry property (Building and Grounds Cleaning and Maintenance Occupations ) Reference number S_180508 Job details Seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and safety of our independent senior housing community.
Responsibilities:
???Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across the property ???Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical and plumbing issues ???Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management ???Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas ???Assist with seasonal tasks and inspections, such as HVAC filter changes and irrigation checks.Working hours:
7:00 AM- 3:30

4-7 yearsQualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required; senior housing experience a plus
- Working knowledge of light electrical and plumbing systems
