Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Perform ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Address and resolve tenants' maintenance-related questions and complaints as they arise. Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards. Repair aesthetic damage following tenant move-outs. Maintain and track maintenance inventory. Schedule and oversee necessary repairs.

Position Requirements:

1 year of maintenance or related experience is required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation.
