Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge. Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting. Experience in plumbing, contracting, builder certification, or related licenses is considered a plus. Candidates should be available for on-call responsibilities and have the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
