Engagement events and 24/7 chaplain counseling for emotional/spiritual support Key Responsibilities Respond to routine and emergency maintenance service calls promptly and professionally Repair or replace plumbing components such as faucets, drains, mixing valves, and toilets Install or repair electric and gas water heaters Replace electrical switches, receptacles, wiring, and other related components Install or repair flooring, wood or vinyl base, trim, and glass as needed Qualifications & Skills Highschool / GED Required. Trade School Preferred. 3+ years of Maintenance experience. HVAC Certification is a must.
